By accessing or using Savastate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Savastate is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content & Visibility

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting to Savastate, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content. Savastate does not guarantee visibility, reach, or engagement of any content. We reserve the right to curate and moderate feeds as necessary for system integrity.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in:

• Harassment or bullying of other members.
• Distribution of illegal or harmful content.
• Reverse engineering the WebRTC signaling or shop API.
• Unauthorized commercial solicitation.

5. Service Availability & Changes

Savastate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform at any time without liability. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or terms of service without prior notice.
